Remember that one of our prayer requests was for flexibility because things always change? That was the case on our way to Honduras. After the flight to Houston, Pastor Aaron was experiencing quite a bit of ear discomfort and ended up staying in Houston to get it checked out. Turned out he had ear infections in both ears with the right side about to burst. He's been treated and is joining us thankfully today in Honduras. Thanks for your prayers in his/our behalf.
The rest of the team proceeded on schedule and was met by missionary Brian Wiggs, Micah Director Michael Miller and the Micah boys. During the course at a stop at the Christ statue overlooking this city of 3 million we spoke about foundations; a fitting discussion since the team will be working on one today at a site in Villa Linda Miller and a great place to focus our thoughts in remembering that Christ is our foundation and cornerstone and that He is the bedrock that we must to rely on in the midst of our daily lives - because everything else is an always changing fluid situation.
